Javier Lopez was introduced as National Digital Development Lead at SES Engineering Services in its Morta community presentation. He explained how the team used Morta for information delivery planning, central governance and rollout tracking, while developing an employee engagement portal.
His demonstration followed the data behind the rollout. He showed how the central dashboard brought together project activity, hub creation times, Dalux sync logs, training, licences and administrator feedback. He explained why confidence and capability mattered alongside the number of projects using the platform, and how a data-availability register helped stakeholders understand what could already be reported and what required further integration.
Javier also outlined SES’s planned programme across business functions. He connected internal development and shared standards with the participation of operational teams, while making clear that the strategy was still being developed. His contribution linked the technical mechanisms of governance to the practical conditions for wider adoption.
