Howa ‘Eve’ Bader was introduced as National Digital Standards Lead at SES Engineering Services in its Morta community presentation, where she appeared as Eve Bader. She demonstrated the request and support processes in the central governance hub shared with Wates Group.
Eve explained how a SharePoint page connected teams to forms for project setup, Morta hub creation, licences, training, feedback and template enhancements. Her walkthrough distinguished projects using Dalux from those working with other common data environments, reflecting SES’s work with different main contractors.
She also presented SES’s own rollout tracker, covering projects, regions, user types, licence consumption and training. She described tracking attendance and inviting members to configured systems once they had been trained. Her aim was to develop a wider information management community within SES, combining practical support, stronger skills and shared processes to help people use the systems in their daily work.
It's just a way of us standardizing again the templates that we have, but giving projects the opportunity to tell us what is and what isn't working for them.
