Does Morta charge for every worker added to the tracker?
No. Morta only charges for advanced users (those creating and editing trackers). Workers, subcontractors and supply chain members who view their compliance status or complete inductions are completely free.
How are competency requirements assigned to workers?
When you assign a role to a worker, the required competencies are automatically mapped from your predefined competency matrix, and any gaps are flagged immediately.
Can I track training test scores and completion?
Yes. Morta tracks test scores, time taken, exam grades (Pass, Merit, Retake Required), and completion dates for every training module. You can filter and report on pass rates across your entire workforce.
How does Morta handle certification expiry?
Morta continuously monitors certification expiry dates and automatically updates statuses from Compliant to Expired. You can configure alerts to notify the right people before a certification lapses.
Can Morta import existing workforce data from Excel?
