Veronique Makhlouf presented XD House's delivery and RFI tracking as its Digital Construction Co-ordinator at Morta Community Day on 25 November 2024. Her demonstration explained how the team used Morta to connect planned information delivery with records from the client's common data environment.
She showed an ACC Project Documents table containing submitted models, versions and actual submission dates. A lookup brought that information into XD House's task information delivery plan, allowing the team to view matched submissions alongside planned dates. She also described importing a client CDE's Excel log as an alternative source of submission records.
For requests for information, Veronique demonstrated a form for entering details and a review table for tracking submissions. She then showed a connected Power BI report displaying RFI totals, status and individual records. These were the team's workflows, presented through her explanation of their use.
It allows us to help monitor which models have been actually submitted as well as their actual submission date.
