Megan Hughes presented XD House's information management work as its Digital Construction Manager at Morta Community Day on 25 November 2024. Her demonstration followed the responsibilities of an appointed party from tender response through model delivery, using the team's Morta template.
She explained how XD House assessed software skills, capacity and the resources available to manage and produce information. Her walkthrough also covered training records, team-member selection and checks at mobilisation, when assumptions made during tender response needed to be reviewed.
Megan showed how the team brought together quality checks, weekly reporting, submission records and model-clash information, with connections to ACC, SharePoint and Revizto. She described using Morta during XD House's ISO 19650 assessment and its 2024 certification milestone. In a later LinkedIn post checked in September 2026, she stated that she had left XD House.
