XD House
XD House is a digital construction firm with offices in Dubai and London. It works on BIM project delivery, information management, automation and Revit plugins. Its work with Morta shows how an appointed party can organise its own responsibilities and share useful templates with clients.
Building an appointed-party workflow
XD House announced its work with Morta in January 2024. By its November 2024 community showcase, the team had secured the BSI Kitemark for ISO 19650 Parts 2 and 5 and was using Morta to organise assessment evidence, model delivery tracking and RFI reporting. The team also offered its templates to clients, including a delivery-plan template for lead appointed parties that needed one.

The November 2024 showcase brought together two contributors covering the team's information management and delivery-tracking work. Their roles below are those held at the time. Megan has since left XD House.
Megan Hughes, Digital Construction Manager. Megan explained XD House's ISO 19650 template, team capability and capacity assessments, and mobilisation checks. Her walkthrough followed the work from tender response through final delivery.
Veronique Makhlouf, Digital Construction Co-ordinator. Veronique showed how the team compared planned model deliveries with actual submissions. She also explained the RFI form, review table and Power BI report.
