Samuel Soh is listed by Digital Construction Week 2026 as a Senior Digital Consultant at Mott MacDonald. In March 2024, he was a Digital Consultant at Mott MacDonald and CDE Technical Lead within his division. His work on major infrastructure projects, including High Speed 2, included leading information management activities and configuring common data environment (CDE) systems.
In Morta's March 2024 community session, Samuel explained how task information delivery plans combine into a master plan. He described the common identifiers used to connect planned deliverables with programme dates, document status and Power BI reporting.
He also discussed the difficulty of moving a bespoke, project-specific database application to another project, and why the team chose a configurable Morta setup. Looking beyond the pilot, he outlined plans to refine that setup across projects before creating a reusable template. His advice for introducing Morta was to speak to project teams, understand their concerns and respond to feedback during rollout.
