Geri Gardner presented at MortaTurns6 as Information Manager at McLaughlin & Harvey. Glenn McCaffrey credited her work with operations colleagues on developing Viewpoint workflows around the company’s processes.
Geri’s presentation followed information delivery planning from the supply chain’s task plans to the combined master plan in Morta. She explained the design managers’ role in agreeing dependencies, deliverables and programme dates. Work-package codes connected the plan to keywords in Viewpoint for Projects, allowing commercial teams to filter information by package.
She also showed how actual submission dates returned to Morta and fed Power BI dashboards for different information types. Those dashboards were in beta at the session. Her account included positive feedback from supply-chain teams and design managers about the plans, while keeping the process itself central to the explanation.
