Abdelrhman Negm works at Revizto. In Morta's Community Showcase, he presented for ALEC, explaining the contractor's package matrix and its relationship to other project information. The demonstration followed package and subcontractor details from a project-team table, alongside dates and package weights supplied by planners.
He showed how drawing totals, issued drawings and approved drawings from Aconex informed engineering-progress measures. He also described recording onboarding steps and comparing their status with planned dates. The workflow he described combined manual contributions from project teams with calculated progress measures.
Abdelrhman explained how progress could be shared through Morta views and Power BI while access to working tables remained restricted. He described reviewing the table relationships with Andy Boutle as the connected resources grew. In November 2024, ALEC also credited him among colleagues who supplied project evidence for its BSI BIM Kitemark assessment.
