Mace Consult
Mace Consult is an independent programme and project management business. It became separate from Mace Group on 5 March 2026. Its consultancy teams used Morta in client-side information management, supporting the Ministry of Justice's digital work and coordinating deliverables reviews across different contractor systems.
Work with Morta
In November 2023, Mace Consult contributed to the Ministry of Justice's work on connected information and technical standards. By May 2024, a separate client-side review initiative was trialling a common interface across contractor systems. Early feedback on that review work prompted interest in further applications, including lessons-learned logs, derogation tracking and broader assurance reporting.
The team
The consultancy's contributors brought experience of information management and technical implementation, working alongside client teams.
Jamile Tuma, Associate Director – BIM at Mace Consult in May 2024, presented the team's review approach and early lessons. She explained how common metadata, discipline assignments and links to the CDE supported the client-side review process.
