Thibaud Guerrero was introduced as Project Digital Lead for Bouygues TP Murphy JV on Lower Thames Crossing. His community presentation drew on UK infrastructure work, including experience on HS2, to explain why project teams need consistent definitions and accessible information.
Together with Ioan Evans from the design joint venture, he described a shared approach to Morta that began with information delivery planning. Thibaud focused on making programme information usable beyond the planning team and extending the foundations into consent tracking and procurement. He explained how common lists of locations, activities and other project data could be reused across functions.
His account also addressed adoption and governance. The project was developing trained builders within functional teams, so people could shape their own views and processes while retaining shared standards. He discussed the code behind their implementation, the limits of table-based interaction and the need to choose carefully which work belonged in Morta.
We want to make sure that the value is provided by the teams for their teams, and we as the central digital team are here to make sure that the whole ecosystem is working.
