Jan Artemenko CEng MCIBSE is Technical Director, Digital Delivery at Stantec. In November 2025, he presented the Buildings group’s resource-planning work as a Senior Associate in Buildings. His background is in mechanical engineering, with a later focus on digital delivery.
In the session, Jan explained how staff and project records fed weekly allocations in Morta. He showed personal workload views for staff, project views for managers and grouped views for resourcing discussions. The operating rhythm began with project managers' requests on Fridays and continued with moderation on Mondays, when teams reviewed capacity and suitable expertise.
His demonstration also connected planned time and staff rates to Power BI utilisation and fee forecasts. Jan distinguished those forecasts from actual project fees held in other systems. He described manual invitations and user associations as part of onboarding, with easier bulk onboarding an improvement to explore as the implementation grew.
