Resource planning across the Buildings group
By November 2025, the Buildings team was using Morta for resource planning after beginning to explore the platform about a year earlier. The approach brought staff and project information into a shared planning structure, with Power BI supporting reporting. Easier bulk onboarding was the next improvement under consideration as the implementation expanded.
