Helen Luhaäär was a Data Analyst working on complex projects at Bouygues UK when she presented its logistics booking workflow to Morta’s community in November 2024. She worked with Liliana Crisan from logistics, who supplied the operational information used in the build.
Helen’s demonstration covered three booking routes: delivery and hoist together, hoist only, and delivery only. She explained how gate and hoist schedules were connected, how available choices reflected site restrictions, and how the form checked advance notice and equipment-related inputs.
She also showed the decisions that remained with the logistics team. Reviewers could approve or reject bookings, add comments and override an automatic rejection for an urgent request. Bookers could see the resulting status and use a separate view to withdraw eligible bookings. Her contribution combined the implementation of those controls with a walkthrough of how bookers and logistics reviewers used them.
