Kasia Russek was Kane Group’s Design Office Manager when she presented its information planning and tracking work in a recording published on 3 December 2025. She described having spent about six years at Kane, including four in document control and about two in design.
Her presentation followed the development of a drawing release schedule in Morta, connected to Kane’s Viewpoint system and client information. She showed how the schedule compared internal and external revisions and statuses, assigned drawing responsibility and supported views for workload, overdue items and client delivery plans.
Kasia also explained technical-submittal tracking, procurement order fields, RFIs, model updates and reporting through Power BI. Her account kept working tools and future developments distinct, including plans for dashboards inside Morta. She described the work as managed by one person at that point and acknowledged support from Morta’s team.
